Garlic is a very good homemade remedy that also reduces cholesterol from inside your body. It also lowers your blood pressure and you get many more benefits from using garlic, but you have to eat garlic raw. Only then do you get all its benefits, and you have to face problems when eating raw, and that is its taste because its taste is very strong and you also feel burning in your mouth after eating, and sometimes acidity also starts happening to you because of this, and for this reason, many people cannot use garlic.

The first benefit you will get is that when you use garlic, you will not feel its taste bad, you won’t get any smell, and you won’t get acidity, and the second big benefit is that you will get many times more benefits from garlic than eating it raw. So you can say that you will hit two birds with one stone.

So let’s start without any delay and find out about this new way of using garlic. But before knowing this new way of eating garlic, it is essential for us to understand what benefits we get from eating garlic.

Everyone knows that garlic also lowers your blood pressure. It reduces your LDL, bad, cholesterol and increases HDL, good cholesterol. Along with that, it also keeps your blood pressure under control. It prevents it from rising. It also lowers your triglyceride levels.

The Critical Link Between Vein Health and Heart Disease:

It makes your veins soft, smooth, and flexible. It prevents them from becoming hard and also thins the blood. As a result, the chances of clots forming inside them are significantly reduced. Besides these, by using garlic, it also enhances your immunity. Boosting your immune function helps protect you from falling ill. Garlic also contains anti-inflammatory properties, which greatly benefit joint pain and arthritis. It also works to protect your liver and can help treat fatty liver if you have it. So you can say that garlic is a very good thing that not only prevents blockages in your veins, improves your heart health, but also has many other benefits that you get from eating garlic. That’s why you should definitely eat garlic regularly.

To obtain all these benefits of garlic, many of us often start our day by consuming 2 to 3 raw cloves of garlic on an empty stomach in the morning. However, a problem with eating it raw is that its taste is very intense for us.

Challenges of Consuming Raw Garlic :

Many people experience nausea when they eat it. Some people start experiencing acidity, while others simply dislike its taste as it can cause a burning sensation in the mouth or lead to burping later on. Because of these reasons, most people switch to garlic juice but often quit it quickly.

    Introducing Fermented Garlic:
    A Solution with Dual Benefits:

So, facing various problems, but still wanting to consume garlic, you should consider eating fermented garlic instead. Fermented garlic is a very good option. It not only eliminates the intense taste of garlic that you may find unpleasant but also enhances the efficacy of garlic, multiplying its benefits several times over. Fermented garlic undergoes a transformation where its taste becomes slightly sweeter, not as intense as raw garlic. Its smell also decreases, and its texture becomes soft and jelly-like. Additionally, the presence of allicin compounds within fermented garlic enhances its medicinal benefits multiple times over. Furthermore, it becomes much more bioactive. Being more bioactive means that they are quickly absorbed into your body and work much faster, providing significantly better effects. If we compare it with raw garlic, fermented garlic gives you results that are about 3 to 4 times better. Making fermented garlic is also very easy, but there is only one drawback. That is the time because it takes quite a while to ferment garlic. It takes about 30 to 45 days for garlic to fully ferment. So, once you prepare it, you can only use it after 30 to 45 days.

    How to make fermented garlic

So let’s now learn how to prepare Fermented garlic. To make Fermented garlic, you need to take 15 to 16 garlic cloves. This means you need to take 15 to 16 whole garlic cloves and separate their cloves, and clean them thoroughly by removing the skin covering their cloves. Once all these cloves are cleaned well, you need to take a large glass jar. Place all the cloves inside the jar. After that, you need to take one liter of water and dissolve four tablespoons of salt in it. It needs to be prepared at night, and then you have to pour this saline water into the jar where you have placed the garlic cloves. You need to pour enough water into it to completely cover the garlic. There should be water in it up to about half an inch to an inch above the garlic. The garlic should be fully submerged in it. After that, you need to take one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and pour it into it as well, and after adding this apple cider vinegar, you should tightly close the lid of the jar and store it.

You should place it in a location with a normal room temperature, away from direct sunlight, drafts, or excessive heat. Then, you need to wait for 30 to 45 days for it to ferment. When the garlic starts fermenting, it will release a lot of gases, which will start to appear in the form of bubbles. These gases will continue to accumulate inside the jar, creating pressure. That’s why you should slightly loosen the lid of the jar every two to three days because these gases will gradually release outwards. When garlic is fermented, its color changes to a dark brown type or sometimes even purple. If you see this kind of color change, you shouldn’t be confused. You shouldn’t think that the garlic has gone bad. This is a completely normal process, and such color changes are also a part of the normal process. You can comfortably consume this garlic. Every morning on an empty stomach, you should consume 2 to 3 cloves of this fermented garlic. This way, you won’t find the taste unpleasant. You won’t experience excessive burping, and you’ll also get significantly more efficacy.

The older the fermented garlic gets, the more effective it becomes. That’s why it’s recommended to wait for 30 to 45 days before using it, and if you can wait longer, even up to 60-90 days, you’ll get even better effects and the taste will also improve. Fermented garlic makes your blood vessels flexible. It helps eliminate plaque buildup in your blood vessels, reduces blockages, thins your blood, and also helps lower your blood pressure.

Guidelines for Consuming Fermented Garlic Safely :

Friends, fermented garlic is completely safe and natural, but still, if you are taking any medications that thin your blood, in that case, before taking fermented garlic permanently, you should consult your doctor once to ask whether you can take it or not. Because fermented garlic also works to thin your blood, so if you are taking medications that work in a similar way, then the risk of bleeding inside you may increase, and you may have to face problems. Along with this, some people may also develop allergies to consuming fermented garlic. However, such cases are very rare. But if you are using garlic for the first time or taking fermented garlic, then in such cases, you should start with one clove initially and see how your body responds.

If you don’t experience any problems, gradually increasing the dosage is advisable. You can slowly increase it to two or three cloves, or a maximum of four cloves per day.

    Conclusion:

In conclusion, fermented garlic offers a palatable and potent solution to enhance heart health and overall well-being. Its unique fermentation process not only mitigates the pungent taste but also amplifies its medicinal properties, making it an invaluable addition to one’s daily regimen. With proper preparation and moderation, fermented garlic stands as a natural and effective remedy for promoting cardiovascular health and immune function.

Ok, that’s for today, take care.
